How to Improve Oxygen Level in Body

 Oxygen is critical for the human body every cell tissue organ and gland within our body requires the right amount of oxygen to stay healthy and without it the body starts to degrade. Now there are many different pulmonary problems that can affect your breathing like asthma emphysema COPD as well as respiratory problems but there's one very important thing that millions upon millions of people suffer from and it's poor posture so this forward head posture rounded shoulder hunching limits oxygen into the lungs it affects the intercostal muscles the muscles between the rib cage that when you inhale through your abdomen as your diaphragm contracts and moves downward those ribs expand but as a result of that poor posture the ribs cannot fully expand not allowing the correct amount of oxygen to get into your lungs so this technique that I'm going to share with you is going to make sudden changes to release those contracted tight muscles so your ribs can fully expand and your lungs can suck in that full amount of oxygen to maximize your health. This technique is fast and simple, I like you to sit in a comfortable chair with your feet on the floor take your right hand put it on the outside of your left knee you're going to take your leftmleg and pull it outwards like this if you pull it outward you're going to lean the opposite way stretching between the right shoulder blade you'll pull like this now what I want you to do is take your chin and put into your right armpit and I want you to pull that left thigh outwards as you're pulling with your right arm with your chin and your armpit you'll hold out here like ten seconds, now you do the opposite you'll take your left hand put on the outside of your right knee take the right leg and you pull it outwards as you can pull as you stretch the left shoulder blade and take your shin and put it into your left armpit and just pull that leg outwards as you pull on this arm as you're stretching your left shoulder blade area with your chin into your left armpit, so now we're going to maximize both stretches into one and by doing so we're going to free up all those contracted muscles which are going to give you that feeling of relief allowing your body to breathe much easier as your ribs canmfully expand, take your right hand put it on the outside of your left knee left hand cross it over onto the right side of the outside of the knee and I want you to sit up straight and pull your thighs apart abduction keep pulling it apart as you sit up straight as you sit up straight you'll feel pulling between your shoulder blades you'll feel burning in there keep pulling outwards the more you abduct the more you pull your thighs outwards the more burning and stretching you're going to get now after about 15 seconds I want you to keep it the same position and lean forward keep pulling your thighs outward and you can drop your head and you'll feel more of an burning between the shoulder blades even on the outside of the back area as you'll feel that whole area open up so I challenge every one of you to start doing this technique as often as necessary and you will be amazed how much better you're going to breathe as that oxygen makes its way into your lungs so your health can be maximized.
